                               A Message from our President

The Society is justifiably proud of its history but it has to operate in the present, with an eye to the future. It is for this reason that the Society has invested in the latest technology so as to continue to recruit new members and improve the appointment, training and continuing development of its Match Officials.

Needless to say the Society relies totally on its (volunteer) members to enable it to provide suitable Match Officials to the clubs, schools and other organisations which it serves. There is always a need for the Society to recruit more members so if, for whatever reason, you are interested in becoming a referee the Society would be delighted to welcome you.

Whether you see yourself as a future international referee or a competent "Club referee" the Society will use its very best endeavours to help you realise your ambitions. In the modern game the "World can be your oyster" and who knows you might even end up making a career of refereeing.
